Shipping Policy
Rates
Free ground shipping on orders over $349. Orders under $349 ship for a flat $14.95.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico ship at actual carrier cost and are not eligible for free shipping.
We ship to street addresses only — no PO boxes.
Processing & Delivery
Orders ship within 3 business days. Most orders arrive 5 to 7 days after ordering.
Holiday Cutoff Dates
Best bet: order by November 15 to have your lights up before Thanksgiving.
December 8 is the last order date to get lights up this season.
Orders after November 15 still ship fast. Ground transit from Texas runs 3 to 7 days, and it gets harder to land in time the closer we get to the holidays.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't show up at all, let our team know and we'll replace it or refund you. We file the carrier claim ourselves — you never have to deal with UPS.
