Return Window

You have 30 days from delivery to return items. We accept uncut socket wire, unused bulbs and clips in their original packaging. No restocking fee.

Return Shipping

Changed your mind? You cover the return shipping. If we got the order wrong or something showed up defective, return shipping is on us.

Non-Returnable Items

We can't take back socket wire once it's been cut, or custom-cut and custom-assembled orders. Once you cut the wire it's yours — not us being difficult, we just can't sell cut wire to the next person.

If Our Configurator Got Your House Wrong

If our tool sized the kit and you come up short, we ship the difference and cover the shipping. That one's on us.

Warranty

Our kits are built to last 7 to 10 seasons with normal use. If something is defective, we cover it through January 31 of the first season. Dead components get a replacement sent — no need to ship anything back.
